Banana Berry Smoothie Recipe

banana berry smoothie to boost breast milk and support muscle recovery

Load up on sweet berries at the farmers’ market and get an immunity boost from this tasty treat! Leafy greens are packed with iron, which supports healthy blood cells as they fend off pathogens. And a burst of vitamin C from the spinach and berries acts as an antioxidant to neutralize free radicals before they can do any damage.

Ingredients 

  • 1/3 cup Mama Love Protein
  • 1 cups Spinach
  • 1/2 Banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes for a thicker smoothie, or more water if you prefer a thinner one. Serve cold.
