Lean & Green Smoothie Recipe

lean and green smoothie recipe to boost breast milk and support muscle recovery

Spinach is a vitamin powerhouse. But unlike some of its leafy green cousins, like kale or chard, spinach has a mild taste that mixes well with other flavors. With this smoothie, you get all the benefits of the green, plus a hit of sweetness from the apple. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup Mama Love Protein
  • 1 cup Spinach, packed
  • 1 Apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes for a thicker smoothie, or more water if you prefer a thinner one. Serve cold.
